Hi my name is Matthew Haynie and I'm the Director for the Shelbyville Division. 2024 DATESSUBJECT to CHANGE. Hope all can make it. This upcoming season there will be a few rules added or changed for upcoming season. The June 1st tournament is a double entry double points tournament. So entry for that tournament will be $200 instead of $100. It will inlcude big bass and side pot in that $200 entry.
RULES to be added/changed:
1. non- puncture culling system only. If you have a puncture cull system use may still use it but like a stringer and go through the gills and through the mouth.
2. no culling of dead fish. if caught will result in DQ from tournament.
3. Eagle Creek Launch Area and 9th Street release cove will be off limits. the area between the rocks and docks in the Marinas area off limits. Any area marked no boats or no fishings also.
4. Boats must be 16 ft with a motor of 9.9hp or greater, with a proper working live well (can be portable like a cooler convert to live well ), must have all required Coast Guard safety equipment on board.
