The fishing on Kentucky Lake always impressed us and this year will be no exception. Randy Newcomb, Executive Director of the Kentucky Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau says the fishing and weather should be fantastic. "We are always happy to have U.S.A. Bassin come to town and the anglers should experience great fishing. We had a cooler winter, but the water has really warmed up recently and there have been several huge bags of bass brought in at recent tournaments," said Newcomb.
Here is a recap of what it took to win last year:
- Lucas Oil Tournament Of Champions was won by Jim and Glen Young with 20.54lbs for one day.
- Ranger Aluminum Cup was won by Larry Sisk and Todd Dixon with 41.33lbs for two days.
- Ranger Comanche Classic was won by Kenny Heckel and Kevin Muener with 38.49lbs for two days.
