Old Hickory Winter Division

Noel and Harvey hook into the win!

Old Hickory Lake is a reservoir in northern Tennessee, created by the Old Hickory Lock and Dam on the Cumberland River, about 25 miles upstream from Nashville.

While the summer USA Bassin events at Old Hickory can bring in some great 5-fish limits for the big prizes, the winter tournaments are definitely competitive. To snag the top spot in the division, you've got to catch a limit of at least 14.59 pounds.

This winter, Chris Noel and AJ Harvey were a tough team for the others to beat. They took home 1st place in not one, but four events, with their worst finish being a solid 2nd place. Plus, they caught the biggest bass of the whole tournament series, weighing in at 5.73 pounds!

Here are the results:

- 12/7/24 - 1st + Big Bass

- 12/14/24 - 2nd

- 12/22/24 - 1st + Big Bass

- 1/4/25 - 1st + Big Bass

- 2/8/25 - 1st + Big Bass

Big shoutout to Chris and AJ for an awesome series! Can’t wait to see you guys at the regionals this fall!
