Latest News New Jersey State Regional Thursday, October 19, 2017 The New Jersey Regional was held out of the Deepwater Canal on October 7th. The fishing proved to be challenging for much of the field, but Richard Stevens and Ryan Chew were able to win the event with 9.95lbs and have the biggest bass of the day, a 4.26lb fish. The team reported catching fish throughout the day but were plagued with several short fish before getting their limit of keepers. "We were catching short fish early in the day and caught our keepers throughout the day. It was an all day bite," said Chew. They caught their fish several different ways. Flipping with Leader Lures soft plastics, throwing a frog and using a wacky-rig all produced for the team. Top 5
