Eric Branden is U.S.A. Bassin’s first Bass Pro Shops/Tracker Tournament Rewards Program winners for the 2009 season. The team was fishing out of a 2008 Nitro Z9 that was purchased at R&W Marine in Elizabethtown, KY.

 

Team Branden had (5) a fish limit totaling 8.59lbs to take 3rd place out of a 34 boat field in the KY-1 Twin Lakes Fall division on Rough River 10/26/08.

 

Branden’s fish were caught shallow on wood and rock near deep channel banks. He was fishing a Jewel 7/16oz jig tipped with a Prowler Flappin Craw.

By fishing a U.S.A. Bassin tournament with a 30 boat or more field out of Nitro boat and placing 3rd in the event; the team is eligible for the BPS Tournament Rewards bonus of $200 cash/$50 Bass Pro Shops Reward Points.

Here is a little about the BPS Tournament Rewards Program from their site:

 

First you must be a Tournament Rewards Fishing Team Member of no less than 14 days prior to the event fished ($89 membership with lots of perks). The team or member must fish a sanctioned event (U.S.A. Bassin is sanctioned) in a 30-59 boat field to receive part of the rewards or a 60+ boat field to receive the full amount of rewards. A member must be an owner of a Nitro, Tracker or Pro Craft eligible boat.
