The Patoka Lake USA Bassin’ spring division has completed the final tournament of the 2011 spring season.   Bassin’ Patoka Director Adam Flynn has recorded the final spring division tournament and describes the season as outstanding. Congratulations to the 2011 division champions Schroering and Charlie Hentrup .  The two Patoka anglers have unseated the 2009 and 2010 former champions of Rick Andis and Chris Peck. John and Charlie came out swinging this year winning three of the five spring division tournaments to earn a total of 486 points.

     Team Schroering and Hentrup are new Bassin record holders on Patoka Lake. Together Schroering and Hentrup turned in an amazing 72.22 pounds for the largest season high winning total weight during any spring division on Patoka Lake.  The new 2011 champions also captured the highest winning weight for the spring Patoka division 2011 with 18.75 pound bag of Largemouth.  Second place was anglers Don Mullins and Rick Conrad. Third place went to Steve Berg and Ed Merkley . Berg and Merkley had the biggest bass for the season with a 5.84 bass.

     USA Bassin’ will again feature a Fall Division on Patoka Lake. The division will consist of five tournament and all points acquired during the fall division will apply to the 2012 season.  Adam Flynn will be the director for the fall division.
