Latest News KY-09 Reschedules 4/30/11 Tournament Thursday, April 28, 2011 KY-09 Lake Barkley Division Tournament Rescheduled Following massive violent storms Lake Barkley is projected by the U A Army Corp of Engineers to rise to "Historic" levels. The lake is currently expected to be six feet above Summer Pool by end of day on Thursday. Rising to nine to eleven feet above summer pool by Saturday morning. That will flood the parking lots. The Corp is expected to close lake Barkley and TVA to close Kentucky Lake as well. The KY-09 Lake Barkley tournament scheduled for Saturday 4/30/11 is being called off. The tournament will be rescheduled for July 16, 2011 adding it to the end of the current Division schedule. Even if the Corp didn't close the lake, prudence and safety would require the rescheduling.
