Latest News Rend Lake Regional Thursday, September 29, 2022 The Rend Lake Regional was held on September 10th out of the Sailboat Ramp. Taking first with a limit weighing 15.23lbs was the team of Kyle Seiffert and Jason Herzing. The team went into the event just trying to do well enough to qualify for Championship Week but had a day to remember. "We were just trying to catch enough fish to get us to Pickwick; we don't fish Rend Lake very much," said Herzing. "We started catching fish right after take-off and caught them til the end of the day. We had our limit by 11:00 and were still catching them until we had to go back." To catch their fish, they flipped a jig and utilized a shaky head with a finesse worm in 3 to 6-feet of water. Top 5
