Cave Run Regional

The Cave Run Regional featured teams in the region vying for the win at the annual event. Taking the win was William Strange and Jason Crisp with a limit weighing 17.26lbs. Their total was more than six pounds over the second place team of Nathan Landsaw and Ryan Burton.

While they posted a solid total, Strange reported that they caught exactly five keepers. 

"It rained all day and they bit from the morning until 1 or 2:00," he says. "We caught them punching matted vegetation."

Their bag included the big bass of the event, a 4.87lb fish, and four other solid three pound class fish.
