We are a company who listens to feedback from those vested in Ranger.  And that feedback is woven into the very DNA of Ranger today… It’s what keeps thousands of boat owners coming back to our brand, the pride and satisfaction of ownership. We promise to keep our eye on our rich heritage while capitalizing on cutting-edge technologies, processes and expanded partnerships.

In the spirit of transparency we want to share our journey with you through “The Ranger Commitment” which mirrors the concept of our “Five Star Advantage” building on the advantages of ownership by enforcing our commitment to the entire Ranger family.

Our 50-plus-year history boasts industry firsts and an unrivaled legacy, and we will not stray from what built Ranger into the premier brand it is today. Without compromise, we continue to produce the finest fishing and pleasure boats on the water while giving our owners the Ultimate Ownership Experience.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

We have a deep responsibility to everyone involved with Ranger, whether you’re a Flippin Outfitter, Pro Staff member, new or veteran Owner, or a highly valued Dealer partner. We craft the most desirable boats that are the preeminent choice of discriminating anglers.  Our boat customers depend on us to deliver the safest and most capable boats on the water today. Ranger’s success continues thru our sense of responsibility to the entire Ranger Family. 

3. PROACTIVE GROWTH

As technologies and partnerships expand, we use the latest trends in the marketplace to excel now and for years to come. Ranger is a proud member of White River Marine Group (WRMG), the largest and one of the most acclaimed manufacturers of fishing and pleasure boats, and we’re harnessing the marketing, production and customer service horsepower of WRMG. Proof of point, under this ownership, Ranger became a premier sponsor of B.A.S.S. beginning with the 2020 Bassmaster Classic.  Also in this alignment, we are able to utilize innovative measures such as advanced robotics to ensure greater quality and consistency and, most importantly, that this generation of Ranger owners—and the next—are lifelong customers and advocates for the brand. 

The Ranger Commitment is felt throughout our entire team of Boat Builders, Support Team members and Leadership and we couldn’t be happier to share our broad plans of execution with you.  We invite you along with us as we continue to sharpen our competitive edge leaving no room for doubt of our direction and future. 

Beginning with the 2021 model year you can expect the following enhancements:

• All Ranger aluminum boats will be manufactured at the most technologically advanced aluminum boat-building plant in the world, just a few hours away from Flippin in Lebanon, Mo. Ranger boats will be built on dedicated production lines to ensure the highest standards and practices are retained all while benefiting from increased capacity to meet demand and a more robust distribution model.
• All Ranger aluminum boat trailers will be manufactured in Ozark, Mo., at a facility with more than 40 years of experience building trailers for some of America’s best-selling boat brands. These new trailers for Ranger aluminum boats are still custom-fitted to the hull they carry and are crafted with a steadfast commitment to doing the job right backed by Ranger’s 3 Year trailer warranty.
• All Ranger fiberglass boat trailers will be manufactured by world-class manufacturer EZ Loader, located in nearby Midway, Ark. This next generation of Ranger Trail trailers will retain all the advantages they currently have, including Road Armor Equipped coating, a c-channel steel frame, and fenders made here at the Flippin plant. We’re so confident in the ability of EZ Loader to successfully make Ranger Trail trailers that we’re expanding the warranty from 3 to 5 years.
• We’re also implementing new, streamlined methods of handling orders and enhancing communication across the board. This gives us greater command of operations and puts us in closer contact with our Dealers and boat Customers throughout every step of production, and after the fact.
