Latest News KY House Bill 29 Thursday, January 31, 2019 KY Anglers - We urge you to call your representatives before February 5th in support of the Kentucky House Bill 29 which will amend KRS 139.010 to exclude fees paid to enter or participate in a fishing tournament and fees paid for the usage of a boat ramp.
