2009 Regional Tournaments Starting Soon!

U.S.A. Bassin members have some exciting months ahead as the 2009 season division tournaments are coming to a close.

Why is this an exciting time of year?

The 2009 Regional Classic qualifying tournaments are starting soon! Members fishing the Regional tournaments have the chance to win cash and prizes as well as qualify for the 2009 Classic to be held May 1 & 2, 2010 on KY/Barkley Lakes.

How big is the Classic going to be?

The 2009 Classic will offer members a chance to win one of four boats (Nitro Z8, Nitro Z7, Nitro X5, and a Tracker Pro Team 170 TX draw boat) to be given away along with cash and close to $5,000 in other sponsor prizes.

Who is eligible to fish a Regional tournament?

Members who completed the 2009 season with 250 or more points fishing divisional tournaments are eligible to compete in any or all of the 14 Regional tournaments offered this year. Regional tournaments can be found close to your area in: IL, IN, KY, ME, MD, MO, OH, OK, TN, and VA. Tournaments start the end of August and run through October. All entries into a Regional must be post marked no later than 10 days from the start of the tournament and sent to the director of the tournament. See

Who qualifies for the Classic?

Members who fish any Regional tournament and place in the top 40 boats by total weight will receive a Classic entry. There will also be bonus entries given out if needed. See
